The challenge
Producing a traditional business training module used to take weeks: scripting, recording with instructors, editing, and publishing. The cost and time per module made it impossible to scale the educational catalog at the pace the business needed.
What we built
A complete AI-powered content production pipeline: from expert-generated and reviewed scripts, to videos with avatars and synthesized voices, all the way to the module published on the platform. The team shifts from producer to editor — validating and adjusting instead of creating from scratch.
What used to be a weeks-long project involving studio work and editing is now a matter of days. The catalog grows at the pace of the business.
